50th Anniversary Production
The Wilbraham United Players first took the stage in November of 1956 with a production of H.M.S. Pinafore. Following that performance, the Players (at that time known as the Wilbraham United Church Players) performed Gilbert and Sullivan productions ending, in 1994 with a final G&S production of The Pirates of Penzance. The Players have continued to be an active Community Theatre organization performing all kinds of theatre.
In honor of our 50th Anniversary celebration, the Players returned to our G&S roots. A new production of The Mikado, directed by WUP member Deborah Trimble, was staged in March and April of 2006.
